Return Policy
  • All product return or exchange MUST be made within 14 days of receipt.

  • For faulty products, return will be 100% refunded (excluding shipping charges or return shipping fee) and exchange for new replacement will incur two-ways shipping charge.

  • For non-faulty products, return will be 80% refunded and exchange for other products will incur a 20% restocking fee plus incur two-ways shipping charge.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
